The first service provides one-on-one quality training. The training will be broken into segments and depending on your comfort level with your Mac, you will need to choose a package which will includes a certain number of hours of training.
The second service is a monthly membership for $25. This will include one hour of one on one training or tech support, device protection, ensuring your computer is backed up and virus protection. In addition, there is email support and in the case of an emergency, we are just a phone call away.
